How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status in real-time by entering your order information on the Track your Order page.
After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our 4 fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.
Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 5-10 business days. Due to high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
If the item is shipped from our warehouse in the US, it will be 3-7 business days (this will be indicated on the product page).
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@aelicy.com.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Do you deliver products internationally?
Aelicy.com successfully ships a lot of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe!
I’ve placed orders with multiple items recently. Can I combine them into one package?
Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place. So when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. You’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once—they will get to you!
I’ve put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible. We MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway; we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

If you are ever unhappy with the items you have received in your order, please contact customer service FIRST! Do not return any merchandise to our main office without first contacting our customer service department.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aelicy.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you after you contact customer service.
Your order may qualify for a free return. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
