We accept payments via PayPal and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, CB, and JCB). Only cards with a three- or four-digit security code can be used. We do not accept payments via cash, check, or bank transfer.
We also accept cryptocurrency payments up on request.
Please note, you can only pay in Euros with Carte Bancaire, and you cannot pay in Chinese Yuan or the United Arab Emirates Dirham when using PayPal.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

Our goal is to meet the delivery date quoted at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item(s) have shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.
